Salary: c-60k basic (dependent on experience)-plus competitive package inc company car or car allowance, lodging/travel allowance, pension etc.

Company & Project: A privately owned main contractor operating across multiple sectors including: Mixed-Use and Leisure are seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their Construction Management team, delivering projects across the UK.-

Projects include Hotels, Restaurants and Leisure sector builds.-

Our client has an established reputation in the main contracting market and the new opportunity is due to successful project wins starting on site in 2027. The company prides itself on the success of its employees, many of which have been with the company for many years.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing one-project which will have a full-time site manager.-You will be working closely with the pre-construction team and then-lead-the site delivery team-throughout the project to oversee the project to completion.

You will be need to be an excellent communicator, with experience successfully delivering projects on time, to a high quality and promoting excellent standards of Health and Safety.

Previous timber frame experience would be advantageous.-

Desirable Experience:

• Previously held a Project Manager role with a Main Contractor.
• Previous experience leading projects c-5m+.
• Good client facing and management skills, experience in leading teams of c15 staff.
• Project planning experience to include use of ASTA PowerProject software.-
• Previous Roles: Senior Site Manager OR Contracts Manager OR Project Manager OR Senior Project Manager,

Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or NVQ or trade background or comparable qualification.
