Projects include Hotels, Restaurants and Leisure sector builds. Our client has an established reputation in the main contracting market and the new opportunity is due to successful project wins starting on site in 2027. The company prides itself on the success of its employees, many of which have been with the company for many years. Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing one project which will have a full-time site manager. You will be working closely with the pre-construction team and then lead the site delivery team throughout the project to oversee the project to completion. You will be need to be an excellent communicator, with experience successfully delivering projects on time, to a high quality and promoting excellent standards of Health and Safety.
