Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant in Hemel Hempstead.

You''ll help pupils access learning and take part in school life, supporting communication, independence and daily routines.

The role includes:

• Supporting pupils with additional and complex needs.

• Using communication approaches agreed by the school.

• Helping with personal care where required.

• Following individual support plans.

• Working closely with teachers and other support staff.

Experience in a specialist school, disability support, residential care or a similar setting is welcome. You should be comfortable providing respectful personal care and following training and guidance.
