Prospero Teaching is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant in Chesham.

You''ll help pupils access classroom learning while developing their communication, social skills and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting individual pupils and small groups.

• Breaking tasks into manageable steps.

• Using resources and strategies agreed with the teacher.

• Helping pupils navigate routines and transitions.

• Providing calm encouragement when learning becomes difficult.

We welcome candidates with experience in SEND, mainstream education, childcare or youth support. You should be reliable, adaptable and willing to work closely with the wider school team.
