Prospero Teaching is looking for a Psychology Graduate to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Hemel Hempstead.

You''ll support children and young people who need additional help with communication, learning and emotional regulation.

Your role will include:

• Building trusting relationships with pupils.

• Supporting activities planned by teaching staff.

• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence.

• Observing engagement and sharing feedback with colleagues.

• Following individual support strategies.

This role would suit a psychology graduate with patience, strong communication skills and an interest in SEND education. Experience supporting children through employment or volunteering is welcome.
