Description The Assistant Facilities Operations Manager will: Lead and develop Facilities teams across a range of Soft FM services (Front of House, Reception, Cleaning, Grounds, Waste, Portering, Catering and Campus Support operations). Ensure services are delivered to agreed standards, KPIs and SLAs. Manage contractor and supplier performance, conducting regular reviews and audits.
