Key Responsibilities Lead and manage soft FM services across the Council''s estate, including cleaning, hygiene, security, access control, catering and hospitality. Provide direct management and technical oversight of the Catering, Cleaning, Security and Hub Management teams. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, environmental health and physical security requirements. Manage service performance, ensuring teams meet agreed KPIs and maintain high standards across Council buildings.
