This role involves leading the electrical maintenance team, managing day-to-day operations, quoting for reactive maintenance, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to maintain high levels of service and safety across all projects. Key Responsibilities: Quoting and Estimating: Provide accurate quotes for reactive maintenance, based on site assessments, labour, materials, and other associated costs. Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with current electrical regulations, maintain certifications, and support the NICEIC QS to meet statutory requirements. Scheduling and Allocation: Efficiently allocate and schedule maintenance engineers, prioritising urgent tasks and ensuring timely project completion. Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to health and safety standards, conducting regular site audits.
