As well as supporting the Leadership team by leading and participating in improvements for reliability and production capacity utilising continuous improvement techniques.Ensure all engineering activities completed, meeting Health and Safety standardsMaintain production equipment with a proactive approach to provide robust repairs to prevent future losses to uptimeResponsible for implementing the planned maintenance schedule, with a continuous improvement focusWorking with the Leadership team, manage KPIs and develop an action plan for key issuesDefine and improve technical changeovers using lean tec
