Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a strong generalist background and proven experience managing employee relations cases. Our client are leading in their industry within the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities for a HR Advisor: Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees seeking HR advice. Guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee queries. Acting as a senior point of escalation where required. Lead and coordinate all ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and conduct issues. Conduct and oversee investigations, including interviews, note-taking, and preparing reports. Deliver HR, ER, and policy-related training sessions for managers and wider teams. Support monthly payroll processes. Act as a Mental Health First Aider, signposting and supporting employee wellbeing in line with company practices and boundaries. Key Skills for a HR Advisor: Level 5 CIDP. Strong ER case management experience. Ability to coach managers effectively on HR processes and procedures. Experience delivering training or workshops. Experience supporting payroll.
