The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will:- Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging learning activities.- Provide individual and small-group support to pupils.- Help children develop their confidence, independence and learning skills.- Support pupils with different abilities and learning needs.- Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.- Help maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
