Executive Assistant
Our client is an ambitious and growing City law firm seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Managing Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to senior leadership, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, correspondence, report preparation, and stakeholder liaison.
- Coordinate client onboarding activities, support AML/KYC and compliance processes, prepare engagement documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Support employee onboarding, including inductions, system access, equipment allocation, training coordination, and personnel records management.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the office, liaising with colleagues, suppliers, IT providers, and external partners while supporting administrative process improvements.
- Support operational projects, management reporting, marketing activities, social media, website updates, client communications, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate events and networking activities, including logistics, invitations, attendee management, and follow-up.
- Provide finance administration support, including invoicing, billing, expenses, credit control, record maintenance, and bookkeeping assistance.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Degree educated or equivalent experience, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and adopting new systems, with a proactive and commercially aware approach.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally within a legal, professional services, or regulated environment.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC processes, client onboarding, CRM systems, and business support activities.
- Event coordination, business development, marketing support, or accounts administration experience would be advantageous.
