This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional environment. Executive Assistant Support to Directors Providing PA and private support to the Directors. Managing complex diaries and changing priorities. Liaising with clients and candidates, including coordinating and confirming interviews. Acting as a key point of contact for the business while Directors are on annual leave. Marketing Director Support Coordinating internal and external training. Ordering employee and client gifts. Managing and distributing candidate surveys. Providing general administrative and ad hoc marketing support. Operations Support Providing first-line assistance with day-to-day technology issues for staff and liaising with external IT support where required. Supporting consultants and management with administrative requirements and managing the central admin inbox. Formatting CVs, preparing and posting job adverts and completing other administrative tasks. Supporting the planning and coordination of company events. Assisting the Operations Manager with business projects and wider operational initiatives. Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
