Senior Account Manager / Account Director 

Manchester (Trafford Park) | Hybrid Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission

I'm working with a growing media agency that's looking to add a commercially focused Senior Account Manager and Account Director to its sales team.

You'll be responsible for developing your own pipeline, winning new clients and growing an existing portfolio, selling integrated media solutions across digital and traditional channels.

What you'll be doing

• Generating and developing your own pipeline through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities across a broad range of sectors.
• Managing the sales cycle from initial conversation through to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Building and growing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities to increase spend and expand services.
• Selling integrated media campaigns across Digital, OOH, Radio, Press, Print, TV and VOD.
• Working closely with internal strategy and planning teams to deliver compelling client solutions.
• Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and revenue growth.
• Managing forecasting, pipeline reporting and CRM activity effectively.

What I'm looking for

• A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within media, advertising, marketing or agency sales.
• Strong new business development experience and a genuine hunter mentality.
• Experience building and growing client relationships.
• Solid understanding of both traditional and digital media channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• A driven, ambitious and commercially minded approach.
