Applicants must have previous experience delivering CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects. This is a three-phase, live-tenancy project involving strip-out works, CAT A , and CAT B fit-out works. This is a hands-on role, and responsibilities will include: Overseeing site set-up, hoarding, and signage Managing and leading the on-site labour team Traffic management and coordination Waste management and coordination Ensuring the site remains clean, organised, and safe at all times Coordinating site logistics to support programme delivery and maintain operational efficiency We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking individual who can confidently manage site logistics while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
