The RAC is one of the UK s biggest and most well-recognised companies operating in the Motoring industry. Their office in Walsall is ideally located for workers who commute by both public and private transport, thanks to its large, free on-site parking, as well as its proximity to both a bus stop and train station which has regular links to Walsall and Birmingham City Centre.RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for the RAC; within this role, you will be handling inbound calls from customers with a broken down vehicle; you will be tasked with ensuring the customer s case is dealt with as swiftly and professionally as possible.-Handling inbound calls-Arranging call outs-Dealing with distressed or upset customersRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have strong customer service and call centre experience.
