•  Acting as the main point of contact for business clients
  
  

•  Managing customer orders, enquiries, and accounts
  
  

•  Liaising with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
  
  

•  Providing timely and professional solutions to customer issues
  
  

•  Maintaining accurate records and documentation in company systems
  
  

•  Building strong, long-term client relationships
  
  

•  Communicating effectively with clients via phone and email
  
  

•  Proven experience in customer service, ideally B2B
  
  

•  Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
  
  

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
  

•  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  
  

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

•  Driving licence and own vehicle is a bonus
