Improve systems, policies and processes in line with best practice. Support leaders on employee relations, performance management and inclusive recruitment. Manage Operations and Office Services Oversee facilities, suppliers, insurance, IT assets and HandS compliance. Ensure payroll and pensions run smoothly with Finance. Contribute Globally Collaborate with the Global PCC team on cross-border projects and alignment. About You CIPD or equivalent HR background. Strong generalist HR experience and excellent UK employment law knowledge. Confident handling employee relations and operational HR delivery.
