Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters.Provide practical, consistent and solutions-focused advice on HR policies, procedures, terms and conditions, employment legislation and best practice.Manage day-to-day HR priorities, exercising sound judgement and escalating complex, sensitive or high-risk matters to the Head of HR. Employee Relations Manage routine to moderately complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, investigation, performance, capability and absence matters.Guide managers through formal and informal processes, ensuring fair treatment and consistent application of policy.Coordinate occupational health referrals and advise managers on appropriate actions and next steps.
