Working within a busy People team, you will support day-to-day HR operations while helping to improve processes, coordinate projects and provide a high-quality employee experience across the organisation.

Description

• Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries.
• Supporting recruitment coordination and onboarding activities.
• Assisting with payroll administration and employee data management.
• Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy within the HRIS.
• Supporting HR projects, process improvements and policy implementation.
• Coordinating employee lifecycle activity from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Assisting with documentation, reporting and standard operating procedures.
• Working closely with HR colleagues across recruitment, payroll and HR operations.

Profile

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist role.
• A strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.
• Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and accountable approach to work.
• Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee records.
• Confidence working in a busy, evolving environment.

Job Offer

• Day rate of -175 to -190, dependent on the level of experience.
• Fixed-term contract.
• Hybrid working.
• London-based HR Generalist role within the Not For Profit sector.
