What You Will Do

As the HR Generalist, you will serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders and employees, ensuring effective HR support across our UK facility while collaborating with the wider EMEA People and Culture team. Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with business leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support
  
  
• Monitor UK employment trends, legislation, and best practices to maintain compliance
  
  
• Manage employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives
  
  
• Support absence management processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
  
  
• Maintain and improve HR processes, procedures, and operational practices
  
  
• Lead and coordinate recruitment activities, including managing external recruitment partners
  
  
• Collaborate closely with HR specialists in HRIS, Health & Safety, and Employee Development
  
  
• Participate in UK-focused projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  
• Use data and insights to support HR decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement

What We Are Looking For


-

• CIPD Level 5 qualification-
  
  
• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a generalist HR role.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  
  
• Experience in maintaining HR processes and ensuring compliance.
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HR systems.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Kingswinford,- Occasional travel to the Europe to the Head Office,- is expected, approximately 3-4 times per year.
