At Origin, we''re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic New Business Sales Executive to join our team at our High Wycombe head office. You''ll play an important role in growing our network of trade partners, identifying new business opportunities and connecting prospective customers with our Field Sales Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some sales experience, or a strong customer-facing background, who''s ready to develop their skills in a proactive, target-driven environment.

As a New Business Sales Executive, you''ll be responsible for generating qualified appointments for our Field Sales Team through proactive outbound telephone activity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and identifying prospective trade partners and key decision-makers.

• Making outbound calls to introduce Origin and our premium aluminium doors and windows.

• Building relationships with potential customers and identifying commercial opportunities.

• Booking quality appointments for our Field Sales Team.

• Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

• Accurately recording activity, customer information and opportunities within our CRM system.

• Supporting showroom visits and product demonstrations where required.
  

We''re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and motivated by achieving results. Ideally, you''ll bring:

• Previous experience in an outbound sales, telesales, appointment-setting or business development role.

• Confidence in making cold calls, engaging prospective customers and generating new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage different audiences.

• A target-driven approach, with the motivation and resilience to achieve results.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline of prospective customers.

• Good attention to detail and confidence using CRM systems or customer databases.

• A positive, professional approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
