Purpose of the role: The HR Advisor is the first point of contact for HR Dept clients. You will be responsible for providing high quality and commercial HR advice and support to clients and navigating through HR processes to provide solutions to people problems. You will also be responsible for undertaking client project work as required. Main responsibilities:HR Service Delivery: First point of contact for the HR Advice Line service, ensuring accurate, timely and commercial HR advice and support for clients. Providing advice to clients on all aspects of HR, particularly employee relations matters, over the telephone and via email. Advising and managing on behalf of clients disciplinary issues, employee grievances, performance management, redundancies, and TUPE Creating and issuing documents that supports the specialist advice provided to clients.
