HR Advisor
HR Operations Advisor Location: Swindon (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite, including Wednesdays)Contract: Initial 3 months We are seeking experienced HR Operations Advisors for an exciting contract opportunity with a leading public sector organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations casework, including absence management, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters. Coach and support managers to ensure consistent, compliant and effective people management. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and external partners. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and ways of working. Analyse HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations. Contribute to HR projects, organisational change initiatives and learning activities. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies. Essential Skills andamp; Experience Experience working within an operational HR environment. CIPD qualification or equivalent HR knowledge and experience. Strong employee relations case management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence, coach and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
