Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join their Internal Employee Technology Support team. This role will play a vital part in supporting a global user base, ensuring that employees have the tools and assistance they need to succeed.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line support for technology issues via phone, primarily focusing on Microsoft applications and proprietary systems.Perform basic troubleshooting on various technologies, including Windows 10/11 and iOS devices (iPad/iPhone).Utilise ticketing systems to log, track, and resolve issues efficiently.Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing user inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.Participate in in-house training to enhance your skills and knowledge of the tools and systems used.Required Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques.Familiarity with Windows 10/11 operating systems and iOS devices.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and effective interaction with users.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various user requests and problems effectively.Experience in a technology call centre or customer service environment is highly desirabl
