Our client are a unique financial services organisation dedicated to providing exceptional banking services and financial solutions to their valued customers.

With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction they have made a significant investment in technology to deliver efficient, up-to-date banking services in a mobile, 24/7 digital world and are looking for a-Customer Service Representative-to join their growing Banking team.

As a-Customer Service Representative,-a typical day will see you-handling calls and dealing with enquiries-regarding-payments,-setting up new accounts, making changes to direct debits, closing accounts-and many more. You will also be corresponding with clients over webchat and/or email.

As you can imagine no two days are the same in this fast-paced environment and you will need to be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer''s individual needs.

The ideal-Customer Service Representative-will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills including Excel
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise
• An adaptable and professional approach
• To want to be part of a great team

Based from the Kings Hill Head Quarters, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Initially fully office based, for approx. 4-weeks, there is the option for adhoc hybrid working after this.
