Project Support Officer - Construction/ refurb - Birmingham Airport - Salary to £32k.Based near Birmingham Airport, this role will provide proactive and dynamic support to a multi-faceted Project Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects across a multi-site estate. You will act as a central point of coordination, data management, and administrative support, contributing to the successful execution of schemes and compliance with health, safety and contractor management standards.Examples of projects

Assist the Project Team in delivering multiple schemes, collaborating with departments and supporting engineers throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain the Project Team SharePoint site and provide accurate data using company systems to support reporting and decision-making.Monitor contractor activities, ensuring adherence to company standards, CDM regulations, and Health and Safety policies.Manage PO submissions and provide logistical support.Qualifications and skills

Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and SharePoint.Experience in managing and analysing project data using internal systems.Knowledge of contractor management and CDM regulations.Understanding of Health and Safety requirements in a project delivery context.Flexibility to travel across multiple sites within the Midlands.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to provide support.Remuneration and benefits
