Do you have experience working with pupils who require additional support to access their education?We are looking for a patient, caring and committed individual who can provide tailored support to pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.The RoleProvide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND.Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.Support pupils with communication, confidence and independence.Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning environments.Build strong and supportive relationships with pupils and staff.The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working with children or young people with SEND is essential.Experience working within a school or educational setting is desirable.Patient, caring, empathetic and resilient.Confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work effectively as part of ..... full job details .....
