Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where required. Helping pupils stay engaged, motivated and on task. Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities. Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.The Ideal Candidate: Has previous experience working within a primary school setting. Has a good understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
