Axon Moore are supporting a leading business, in South Yorkshire, in the appointment of an Interim Finance Director (Transformation). The organisation is a well-established business operating within the technology sector, providing innovative software and services. With a strong reputation within its market, the business is embarking on a significant transformation of its finance function. The successful candidate will take on a highly visible, hands-on leadership role, working closely with the CFO, CEO and wider executive team to drive the transformation of the finance function. This will involve improving systems, processes and ways of working, whilst developing the capability of the existing Commercial Finance team and preparing a designated successor for future senior leadership responsibility.
