Our client is a charity and research organisation seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner to join their finance team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. Based in London with three days a week in the office, this role offers up to 50,000 and is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on a mission-driven organisation. You''ll work closely with non-finance stakeholders across the organisation, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that help them make better decisions. Responsibilities Project costing and financial analysis that directly supports the charity''s research and delivery teamsBridge the gap between finance and operations, making financial data accessible and meaningful to non-specialistsSupporting annual budget-setting, multi-year forecasting, and financial modeling for research projects and departmental unitsDelivering accurate, timely monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and KPI trackingPreferred RequirementsExperience in project costing, budgeting, or financial analysisProven ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance audiencesOrganised, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationshipsQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent finance qualificationPrevious experience in a business partner or similar advisory finance roleKnowledge of charity accounting standards or experience in the research sectorStrong Excel skills and confidence ..... full job details .....
