As an Individual Giving Manager you will: Develop and deliver the legacy marketing programme, working with external digital agenciesManage and administer the legacy caseload, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsOversee budgeting, forecasting and reporting for legacy incomeSupport the national legacy campaign in collaboration with senior colleagues and external partnersManage and grow the payroll giving programmeOversee in-memory giving initiatives, including a national remembrance schemeWork closely with digital colleagues on tribute pages and online givingIdentify and develop new in-memory giving opportunitiesAnalyse and report on campaign performance and insightsSupport the development and improvement of supporter journeysOversee supporter enquiries and timely, high quality stewardship communicationsLead on planning and delivering direct mail appealsEnsure all communications are engaging, compliant and supporter focusedLine ma
