This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead an impactful Individual Giving Programme and support legacy giving strategies during a crucial period for the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the individual giving programmes, including development and retention strategies. Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual givers and legacy supporters to maximise retention and lifetime value. Plan and execute fundraising campaigns to meet income targets, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling communications and stewardship materials.
