Based in Reading with hybrid working, this contract role will help enable high-performing teams, improve delivery flow and support the development of robust digital capabilities for strategic defence programmes. Key Responsibilities:Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectivesPromote adherence to agile values, principles and delivery frameworksSupport backlog refinement by encouraging clarity, prioritisation and alignment with business valueEnsure sprint scope, dependencies and team capacity are clearly understoodIdentify and remove delivery impediments while protecting the team from external disruptionChampion continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives and measurable process enhancementsCoach delivery teams and stakeholders in agile ways of workingFoster collaboration across multidisciplinary digital and data teams to support iterative delivery Job Requirements:Certified Scrum Master qualification, such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalentExperience working as a Scrum Master within agile delivery environmentsStrong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and supporting agile delivery practicesProven ability to ..... full job details .....
