Job Title: Administrative assistant

Our client is currently seeking a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join the team in Birmingham on a temporary basis.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative and secretarial experience, including taking accurate minutes during meetings. They are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys supporting colleagues, helping the wider team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing general administrative and secretarial support to the team.
  
  
• Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes.
  
  
• Typing up meeting notes and circulating minutes where required.
  
  
• Managing correspondence, emails and general office documentation
  
  
• Maintaining organised records and filing systems.
  
  
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
  
  
• Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  
   
  
   
  
  Essential Skills and Experience
  
  
• Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  
  
• Experience taking minutes at meetings is essential.
