Please note that due to the access to vulnerable young people and their data, this role is subject to a basic DBS check and five years'' reference checks. This is a fully on-site position based at Tewkesbury Youth Hub. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support a busy frontline service that works with young people, families and partner organisations across the local community. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service, providing high-quality administrative support and acting as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient and effective administrative support to Service Managers, Youth Workers and external partners. Act as the first point of contact at the Youth Hub, delivering a welcoming, professional and supportive experience. Manage incoming telephone, email and in-person enquiries.
