You will play a key role in providing administrative and secretarial support, maintaining accurate records, coordinating appointments and ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will also assist with reception cover when required. Key Responsibilities of the Legal Administrative Assistant Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the team. Prepare, format and proofread documents and correspondence. Manage appointments, diaries and meeting arrangements. Maintain accurate and well organised electronic and paper filing systems. Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries professionally. Update records and use Microsoft Office to support daily operations. Manage competing priorities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Provide reception cover during lunch breaks, holidays and other absences.
