The successful candidate will play an important role in helping pupils access the curriculum, build confidence and make progress as they prepare for the transition to secondary school.The RoleWorking alongside the class teacher, you will provide support across the classroom, helping to ensure pupils remain engaged and receive the assistance they need.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting pupils with their learning across the KS2 curriculum.Providing 1:1 assistance to children with SEN where required.Delivering small-group interventions, particularly in English and Maths.Helping Year 6 pupils prepare for SATs through targeted learning support.Adapting resources and activities to meet individual learning needs.Supporting positive behaviour, classroom routines and pupil engagement.Working collaboratively with the class teacher and wider school team.The Ideal CandidateThe school is looking for someone who:Has previous experience working within a primary school, ideally in KS2.Is confident ..... full job details .....
