We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong employee relations background to join a busy and collaborative UK HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused advice across a broad range of people matters. You will act as a trusted advisor and employee relations subject matter expert, managing complex casework while helping to build management capability and deliver positive employee relations outcomes. The Role Provide expert advice on employee relations and UK employment law, offering pragmatic and commercially focused guidance to managers and stakeholders. Manage complex employee relations cases from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, absence, flexible working, conduct and workplace conflict matters. Support organisational change activity, including restructures, redundancies, TUPE and consultation processes. Coach managers and deliver training, guidance and practical toolkits to improve confidence, consistency and people management capability. Contribute to HR projects, engagement, wellbeing, learning and health and safety initiatives across the organisation.
