This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the trusted HR partner to managers and stakeholders and who thrives on dealing with complex employee relations matters. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you ll become a key point of contact for employee relations and UK employment law, providing practical, commercially focused advice across the organisation. You ll take ownership of a varied and interesting caseload, covering everything from disciplinary and grievance matters through to performance, absence, organisational change and other complex people issues. You ll also play an important role in coaching managers, improving HR policies and processes, delivering training and identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
