We re looking for a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers and the link between the front desk and the workshop. What you ll do Answer calls, emails and walk-ins, and book work into the diary Check vehicles in, explain the work needed in plain English, and give clear quotes Turn health check findings and MOT advisories into booked work Keep customers updated through the day and get approval before extra work starts Send MOT and service reminders, and follow up outstanding quotes Prepare invoices, take payments and look after trade and fleet accounts Work closely with our General Manager and technicians to keep the workshop running smoothly What we re looking for Experience as a service advisor or receptionist in a garage or dealership. We ll also consider strong customer service candidates with good car knowledge. Confident on the phone and comfortable explaining technical work and prices Organised, accurate and calm when the diary is full Good computer skills; experience with a garage management system is a plus Full UK driving licence What we offer £28,000 £32,000 basic depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus on work sold Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 28 days holiday including ..... full job details .....
