Customer Service Administrator

Salary: -28,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Poole

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team and provide a high level of service to customers while supporting the wider business with day-to-day administration. This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, confident communicating with customers and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

Duties

• Handle incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email
• Make outbound calls to customers where required
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage and escalate complaints when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer information and update internal systems
• Process customer requests, quotations and orders
• Support engineers with diary planning, appointments and customer communication
• Liaise with different departments to ensure customer requirements are met
• Provide general administrative support to the customer service team
• Ensure all customer interactions and information are recorded accurately
• Assist with additional tasks and projects to support the wider business
