We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join their day and night shift team, overseeing production and packaging operations.This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with customer specifications, food safety regulations, and company quality standards - with a particular focus on flow wrap packaging and fresh produce intake (Fresh Fruit).Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quality checks on incoming fresh produce, assessing ripeness, weight, defects, and compliance with retailer/customer standards.Perform in-process QA checks during flow wrap packaging, monitoring seal integrity, alignment, labelling, and weight accuracy.Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, and company SOPs.Carry out line clearance and maintain full doc,umentation before start-up, changeovers, and shutdowns.Identify and escalate non-conformities, support root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Verify packaging materials (films, labels, trays, cartons) prior to and during production.Collaborate with production
