Ensure statutory and regulatory safeguarding requirements are met for children in care, child protection, and fostering reviews. Focus on improving services for children, young people, and families through independent oversight and effective partnership working. Offer independent, professional support and challenge to drive service improvement. Champion the child''s right to family life. Ensure the Local Authority provides the best care for children who need to be looked after. Person Specifications Must Have Commitment to providing quality assurance and review services. Experience with statutory and regulatory safeguarding requirements. Ability to work independently and in partnership with others. Strong focus on service improvement and child welfare. Nice to Have Familiarity with the family safeguarding model. Experience in fostering and child protection reviews.
