We''re looking for an Export Sales Administrator to join our client''s fast-paced and exciting team in Witney.
What You''ll Be Doing:
. Handle invoicing and coordinate the dispatch of export orders
. Prepare quotations and gain an in-depth understanding of the product range
. Manage export documentation
. Work closely with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics
. Process sales orders and collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery
. Provide world-class customer service to clients globally

. Confident communication with international customers

. Previous experience in export, logistics, or sales support (a plus!)
