Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Senior Delegate Sales Executive will be responsible for direct selling to qualified leads to drive event attendance for our virtual and onsite events. This role is pivotal in achieving our ambitious growth targets, with a focus on both new business and retention across our global portfolio. The successful individual will be motivated, passionate about sales and able to learn quickly.Responsibilities

Meeting sales targets that will deliver or exceed the annual budget.Driving performance by growing our existing accounts and generating new accounts.Achieving personal sales targets on a week-by-week basis.Planning ahead to close revenue gaps and to ensure the best possible chance of targets being met.Developing and managing the audience database.Capturing and analysing data and feedback after each event for the wrap up presentation.Researching and finding new leads and prospects.Achieving annual revenue quota goals through sales and account management across the portfolio.Being accountable for weekly and monthly tracking KPI’s.Managing the completion of all necessary registration processes and documentation required for inclusion in our events, in conjunction with event marketing and the logistics team.Tracking your performance against the monthly sales forecast.Flagging up any potential concerns or problems to senior management.Driving the pipeline activity and having a steady flow of potential business.Working with the wider sales team and the event marketing team to drive greater partnerships, client relationships, sales and leads.Educational Level/Experience:

Educated to Degree level.No prior sales experience required, but some work experience would be beneficial.Personal Skills:
