Position: HR Manager Location: Near Broxbourne, Hertfordshire Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Office-Based) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum About the Company Our client is a unique and growing organisation that provides a wide range of compassionate, humanistic services for children and young people facing family or community exclusion. The Opportunity We re recruiting for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function in a newly created, standalone role. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have previous experience working within children s services and had safer recruitment training. You will be responsible for all HR matters including recruitment, training, employee relations, compliance, and policy development. You ll be the go-to person for all things HR and play a crucial role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
