This is a replacement hire, joining a collaborative support function where service quality, accountability, and clear processes are genuinely valued.What''s on offerSalary up to £40,000Shift pattern between 8:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to FridayJoin an experienced support team of 12 engineersExposure to both technical engineering and service managementStable, professional services environment with modern toolingWhat you''ll be doingProviding third-line technical support and owning incidents end to endWorking within ITIL v4-aligned processes, with a strong focus on incident managementUsing ServiceNow as the ITSM platform for tickets, workflows, and reportingSupporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 11, Intune, SCCM, and CitrixSupporting remote working technologies including VPN, MFA, and mobile devicesProviding AV support across meeting roomsBuilding and supporting laptops and desktopsContributing to proactive incident management and service improvements where possibleTravelling to other sites on a reactive basis, depending on business needsWhat we''re looking forProven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Senior IT Support AnalystITIL v4 certification strongly preferredStrong Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration skillsConfident
