HR Officer (Temporary Contract up to 6 Months)Location: East London / (Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office) Contract: Temporary, up to 6 months Salary: 20 per hourWe are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to join a busy and supportive HR team on a temporary basis for up to 6 months.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong administration and onboarding experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a high-quality employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end new starter and on-boarding process.Issue contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation.Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and on time.Maintain employee records and update HR systems.Support hiring managers with onboarding queries and process guidance.Coordinate inductions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.Monitor onboarding compliance and right-to-work documentation.Provide general HR administrative support across the employee life-cycle.About YouPrevious experience in an HR Officer, HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role.Strong understanding of on-boarding and employee administration processes.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.Able to manage a high-volume workload and prioritise effectively.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.This role offers a hybrid working model with one day per week ..... full job details .....
