HR Officer Permanent Term Time Mon-Fri 37 Hours Basildon Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join their busy HR team within a well established educational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised HR professional to support a multi-site organisation and contribute to the effective delivery of HR services. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring HR administration is completed accurately, confidentially and in a timely manner, while supporting employee relations, recruitment and compliance processes. Salary: FTE £31,176 (Actual starting salary: £27,938), with performance based annual increments available. Contract: 43 weeks per year (2 of those weeks in Term Time) Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 8:00am-3:30pm. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records using the organisation''s HR management system. Provide administrative support across employee relations processes, including disciplinary, grievance, probation and performance management cases. Prepare and update employment contracts and associated documentation. Support the implementation of HR policies relating to employee conduct, sickness absence, recruitment and other employment matters.
